Family information: Son of (Jane) Emily Duval and brother to Norah and Elsie Duval. Married Una Dugdale in 1912.

Additional Information: Victor had been secretary of the Clapham League of Young Liberals but resigned and became a suffragist after seeing a woman being roughly thrown out of a Liberal meeting. In 1910, he founded the Men's Political Union for Women's Enfranchisement (MPU), a group for men who wished to support the WSPU. In 1910, he was arrested and imprisoned for a week for causing a disturbance after addressing Liberal politician Lloyd George, and was again imprisoned for five days in 1911. Victor also supported the New Constitutional Society for Women's Suffrage (NCSWS) in 1910 and published two suffrage pamphlets ? 'An Appeal to Men' (1910) and 'Why I went to Prison' (1910).

Other Suffrage Activities: Victor stood as a Liberal candidate at three elections in the 1920s but was unsuccessful.
